Have things changed in Pattaya in a year?

i'm to be in pattaya next week , and its been over a year i think.
last year, one or two of you helped give me a plan for the night based on which bars were better to hit up early (have girls early) where is better later on, and also took into consideration which bars were closer to each other so i wasnt running back and forth across town. i searched and found the old post, but i imagine some bars close, some new ones open etc.
so would an expert please give me an play by play agenda for an eve of ladyboy overload in pattaya? thanks! much appreciated.

Start with the Pook bars, which open at 2pm and get going by 4pm
Then around 8pm Soi 7+8, which is very hit and miss
9pm Soi 13/1 La Bamba and StringFellows
Then soi 13/4 Obsessions
then take a Baht bus upto Soi 3 and walk North to Nalkua, hitting all the small bars on the way and Drinking Street. end up at family bar in Naklua
After that, down to EZY Bar

I know Pook Bar is on Soi Bukhaw right? are there two? are they near each other? one has golf trips right three days a week?

It's Pook Swan House on Soi Buakhow, and Pook Bar on Soi 6 - not sure about the golf though.
