New LB bar in pattaya

Last night I took a stroll down soi 8 and there it was, plain as the nose on your face, big sign, clearly marked.

Then again, La Bamba was signless at 1600 hrs and had a new sign by 2000 hrs. Maybe that's what happened at King II

Found it easily on Friday night, as I walked past saw some new LB in the place that I had not seen before.

First reply to any posts here so bear with me.
King Bar 2 Soi 8 was a well frequented (tourists and expats alike) GG bar when in 2006 Mike (the Welsh guy) took it over. There were a number of very good looking and welcoming (unusal for Pattaya now) GG working there. Some had been there for a LONG LONG time and staff turnover was very low which for a Pattaya bar is quite unusual. Not to say new faces didnt arrive and go but there was a mainstay of girls. Unfortunately for Mike things didnt stay that way for long. He stuck with it though and is still there and still has his bar. I know many who never even made 6 months so all credit to him for staying.
A little bit of background there for you.
As to being a LB bar this I can tell you.
Mike plays his cards close to his chest(or used to anyway) but likes to indulge himself with a LB or 2 but never let it be known before. He has even tried to cover it up but you always get found out in the end. I think this closet LB love of his is still the same and not widely known, although quite a number of people do know!
He had been looking to sell the bar or a 50% share for quite some time. I was told that he had sold 50% to the guy who had XXX bar so for those wondering where the LB's from there will be going I think they might take a little walk over the road and down Soi 8. Maybe this might make it a little easier for Mike!
This i cannot confirm 100% as I havnt spoken to the guy who had XXX.
Anybody know this guy?
One thing that I have noticed is the lack of any mention whatsoever of a great LB bar on Soi 6.

opposite Pat bar. For those who know Pattaya surely know Pat bar as it is quite infamous even for a Soi 6 bar.
Opposite is a very friendly bar with a number of good looking LB and has been a LB bar for i guess over 6 months. The couple running it are very friendly and it has a separate room at the back which is sectioned off from the main bar and can be accessed from 6/1 with nobody from the main bar seeing you(for the shy ones) or from the front entrance.
Give it a try! Cant imagine why you dont know about it.
Any updates either or any LB bar Pattaya would be most welcome.

Forgot this one folks.
Nobody seems to have mentioned the LB gogo bar on the narrow strip on Soi Diamond.
Have been here a few times and was there one night when they had a power failure but brought out candles and stayed open.
Is quite a relaxed atmosphere and a pleasant place for a quiet drink if that is what you want although at the top end price wise for drinks and ?
