We had lunch at the top of the Serontel Hotel on Soi 10 right on the beach.
There was a great view and I got some great pics showing the progress of the Pattaya Beach construction as of late November.
To the right of Soi 10 the beach is all done, to the left towards walking street it is still the same skinny old beach.
