That is Soi Myth Night Myth night Beer Bar complex in Pattaya on Second Road beside the Night Bazaar. It used to be called Soi Made In Thailand Complex but was recenlty renovated. That looks like an old picture

I think those two first bars are not around anymore but you can see that round yellow sign in the distance is Only Me Bar.

69 ladyboy Bar used to be in this complex.

I was with a ladyboy in Pattaya that took me to a bar that was near your picture.
It was one of the hottest bars I've ever been to. No Air conditioning and nowhere for the heat to escape.
