There is a soapy massage place on Sukhumvit Soi 7/1. That looks to be the closest. I've never seen a soapy massage place that had ladyboys. However I did get a soapy massage from a ladyboy in Phuket but it wasn't advertised as soapy massage. I did get massage service from a ladyboy on Soi 7/1 in the past, it just wasn't soapy.
There is a ladyboy massage place right on Sukhumvit around Soi 7 there, not sure if they do soapy massage.
Around that area there seems to be alot of massage action. -
