I heard that Cindy’s bar has moved from soi 7 to soi 11, across the road from Mercure hotel. Does anyone know why Cindy’s moved to soi 11?

That is strange considering they posted about Soi 7 on February 20.
Possibly better or cheaper location. Maybe they got kicked out of the other location or were sub letting.

I read Stickmans latest weekly post and there is a comment that the soi 7 bar complex is closed. Maybe this is why Cindy has moved (temporarily?) to soi 11. I forget where I read it, but officials are reported to have paid a visit to soi 7. The stickman story suggested the bar complex would open when the license has been sorted! Cindy’s bar address on twitter and Facebook is still soi 7. So that’s all I know

Cindy's new bar is indeed in an alley of Soi 11, because of closing down the Soi 7 complex by the government. Bar can simply be found following the signs. Next week I'll visit again, really looking forward to it!
