Why Not bar has moved to Soi 4, right down from NEP and close to many LB friendly hotels such as Lohaus, Dynasty Grande, phachara and more.

That is an interesting location. Some are surviving while others fall.
If Chaos 9 remains across the street from this new location things could be better than ever in the Nana area for ladyboys.
Why Not is now near a 7-11. There last location only seemed to be close to other bars.

I think the handsome dude in the suit is the original and only owner, I don't know him by Poe.
Not sure where he is from but he has the British style accent.

Check out the crowd in the front of Novotel Sukhumvit 4 a few steps away. Several very young ladyboy amateurs standing around for only B1K. No bar fines. Wish a bar would have topless and bottomless dancers to make things very interesting. One big bar in Nana Plaza under the DC10 Bar on the first floor had a totally nude chick wet in the soapy hot tub with a white couple and me watching. Hope they'll still be there after this is all over.
