PrEP Pill while on vacation for 12 days in Bangkok and Pattaya

Greetings, I am top, and I will be using a condom 100% of the time. However, I do plan on kissing ladyboys and giving them uncovered oral. I am also thinking about swallowing. I have the Hep B vaccine. I am more worried about HIV. I heard about this PrEP pill will prevent the development of HIV if introduced to it into my body. Should I take it?
IF SO, should I get the pills in the U.S. first from my doctor, or is it quite easy to get access to them in Bangkok or Pattaya?

You can get it at pharmacies in Thailand without prescription and probably cheaper. Slightly higher chance of forgeries but I've never gotten any bad meds in Thailand.
You cannot catch HIV from kissing and oral unless you both have gaping open wounds. You saliva kills it almost instantly.

I have also heard that there is some side effects and other issues with taking it and you may need to take it for a while in advance, i don't think you can take it and be immediately safe. The other problem people have told me is that you feel invincible and take many risks more than usual. In fact it is not 100% effective, although apparently it is very good, so there still is a tiny risk. Prep is also more useful to people that already have HIV as it allows them to have sex without passing the virus in most cases.

If you use condoms I don't think there is much risk. With prep you can never be sure it is working or not. I would suspect many ladyboys in Thailand that work in bars and escorting already take it. It is ultimately better that everyone else takes it and you don't then you don't have to deal with any issues.
It is a new drug so no one is sure of long term benefits.

The other thing is that prep does nothing to protect you from the dozens of other STDs out there.
So if it makes you feel like lapsing on other protection then Prep is probably more dangerous than not using it.

Google "oral sex aids". There is no evidence anybody got AIDS from oral sex, and I suspect that means from swallowing cum or fluids. Stay healthy by eating good food and don't overdo the spirits. Whacks your immune system. M as only use the condoms.As a doctor I remain suspicious whether it's that easy to get AIDS primarily from sex. I think most get it from dirty needles. My hunch. Another interesting news I read that ladyboys get infected from their boyfriends they trusted. They cheat and do drugs as well as beg them for money. Cheap pimps Nd iceheads. So never fall in love with a hooker. They're not PRETTY WOMEN. Fuck, pay them to shut up and leave, and forget.

Although there is no evidence that anybody caught AIDS with oral sex, other STDs can be transmitted when not using condoms.
I haven't heard of chlamydia epidemics in Thailand but such infections sometimes develop in areas or countries where barebacking is common in p4p. It can be transmitted very easily. Although a male is not too much affected, he can later contaminate his female partner/wife who can be seriously affected by side effects (up to infertility).
You should also look for information about syphilis, herpes, and papillomavirus. Papillomavirus is the most easy STD to get. I had one although using a condom to top a shemale. It resulted in a wart at the basis of my penis. It was easily cured thanks Heaven. If you see a ladyboy with warts on her sex, her balls or around her anal area,, you'd better stop playing with her.

Back to PREP, you can have it for free if you live in a European country, but each country has their own rule. Here, It's submitted to a procedure in a public hospital with medical specialists. The first stage is an interview with doctor and a nurse specialized in psychology. They then decide whether you are eligible to PREP. In crowded area, they might decide that other people should be prescribed PREP in priority and not sex tourists if demand exceeds their budget. I read that a good argument is to state clearly that you have same sex intercourse and they will agree, but you won't be prescribed PREP yet.
The second stage is a blood test. I know that one of "parameters" they check has something to do with your kidneys. I can't tell you more. They probably also check about your HIV status. Once you get your prescription, you must start having your pills at least 8 days before the treatment is effective. PREP is not a 100 % protection. I understood it reduces the risk by 99 % for people not using condoms. Another point is that you need to have your pill every day at the same time (every 24 hours). It's something to manage correctly when you travel, change time then go out to bars and wake up late in the day.

Depending on the country where you live, you should look for a medical center and ask for information.

the best think about, You can take PEP every time you have unprotected sex. But if you can expect any unprotected sexual activity in the future, you can take PrEP up front to protect yourself as it is cheaper than a PEP course, and both PrEP and PEP will work the same way.

It says right there in that stuff I post that there is generics for PREPP.
In Thailand usually the pharmacies ask if you want real or generic version, if there is one.
Sometimes they also have a 'Thai' version of some drugs too.
