if you want a good massage, go to a massage professional.
If you want good sex, go to a sex professional.

I've not found a ladyboy that gives a better massage than those with proper training.

My first trip to Thailand in 2007 I went for a Thai massage at a place on Soi 4 right across from the Dynasty hotel. Just the usual cheaper place with curtains.
The first ever massage I had in Thailand was so far the best. She was by far the best masseuse and at one point she somehow got me in a figure 4 leg lock and lifted me off the ground, cracking my back. It was almost orgasmic without any sex. This small girl was able to lift a 90KG man off the ground like that was incredible, almost magic. I went back the next day but I couldn't get her to massage me. Then she was gone.

So I really appreciate a really good trained massage but too many in Thailand are bad at massage and just try to give you a happy ending rather than a real massage.

You can arrange ladyboys by appointment it seems, so just dropping by looking for ladyboys may be hit and miss. Possibly little or no selection of ladyboys.
Perhaps during compatible hours, they may just call a ladyboy over from a bar.

Likely with a ladbyoy you are not getting a trained masseuse. So if you want good trained massage there is obviously better cheaper options.

If you go to a ladyboy bar they are likely to have a dozen or more ladyboys to choose from and short time rooms with a shower will be closer to 1000 baht.
So this massage is not likely to be your best or cheapest option for ladyboy sex.

If the price is truly all inclusive it could be a good deal. The price may also limit the quality of the ladyboys.
However, if they have to arrange ladyboy hosts then likely you will not have any choice or be able to check them out before you choose.
Often ladyboys will give you 2 shots included in a session.

Compared to Why Not or Check in or other ladyboy bars, your experience will not be the same as choosing from 15-25 ladyboys and being able to meet them and look under the hood.
In a bar you can talk with them, make out with them and see what kind of equipment they have and choose one that best meets your qualifications.
Even if a bar ends up costing more you will get a far better ladyboy experience that in a place that just has ladyboys as an extra feature.

I've just only ever seen ones with female staff. You choose from a line up (or book before, depending on the place), pay, head to the room, you get washed, lots of foam and attention to the parts that matter, oral, rimming, body to body nuru, sex, get washed again afterwards. A "traditional" soapy, would include the washing being in a bath and omit the nuru.

If you have the time and means, then the likes of Why Not, Check In etc would always be the best option, but they can be intimidating to someone, before they've experienced one themselves. If you only have a little time and want a convenient, scheduled bit of discrete fun, then a nuru / soapy place is ideal! I don't see where it says they are only soapy masssge. It also doesn't seem to be the type of place that lets you choose from a large group, like soapy massages I have been to.
Some rooms only have beds.

As I say I would rather have a soapy from an experienced person whether girl or ladyboy however the ladyboys sound like they would not be experienced and possibly just randomly chosen. So I would rather get a good first ladyboy experience than just settling for whatever they offer. Seems to me based on the price you likely aren't going to get full sexual experience with a ladyboy.

For a true soapy massage I would recommend one of the places in Pattaya, they are truly the best.

Hey brother, I’m just telling you from years of experience that Check In is not low key. I love the place and always visit, but it’s high pressure. If it’s your first time or you haven’t visited many bars, then other bars are better. For me, the first few times were sensory overload. And be prepared to say no. Try Why Not and try to sit and chill and enjoy a drink for 15-20 minutes before you make any decisions.

How do you say no gently? Put your hands together like you’re praying at chin level and gently shake your head no. You don’t have to say anything, but smile.

Just remember, it’s their job. So, you will get a lot of requests for short time, drinks, etc. Get your whits about you once you settle, then make your choice(s).

I've never found the original Check In bar very hight pressure but Check In 11 I have not been to yet.
Why Not is probably the lowest pressure bar around. Chaos 9 is fairly relaxed also, perhaps not the ladyboy selection of other bars.
Definitely recommend Why Not to any beginners.
Bars in Nana Plaza generally are higher pressure than lounge style bars.

Due to health reasons, and the infirmity of increasing age, I have not been active for the last few years on any lb forums. I am currently in Bangkok for a while. Today I observed that there is a new lb massage located down Soi 7 - which is a small bar and restaurant section off of Sukhumvit Road. I recognized the lbs as those who used to work at Boss/Wii/August Massage as it changed names over the years in the old location near Boss Tailor shop.

These lbs are definitely older, and were touting early in the afternoon. I am not sure if there are new, younger staff in the actual massage shop - the name is New Massage just down inside Soi 7.
