My guess is turn right out of DG and somehere on the way to Lolitas. There are a couple of very discreet side roads around there.

Maybe they have taken a long term lease on the penthouse suite in the Sofitel Sukhumvit? Then you could parachute into the pool at the DIG!

The great thing about moving for Jay is that all the things that she couldn't do previously can now be realised in her new place with a fresh start.

I'm sure she must have thought that there are a few lessons learned during the first year in Suk 1 that she can now fix now she has a new premises.

Hi Guys

Most of you don't know me but I am a friend of Mardhi and Diablo. I will be in BKK Dec 1-10 and hope to meet some of you.

I especially would like to meet Yoda aka Stogie Bear.

I was at the opening last year with faen phom Khun Jane. And I continue to be with her - please respect my individual preference (as the economists are prone to say)!


I love the Guess Bar. To my mind, it is the best thing that ever happened to the lb scene in BKK. All credit to Mardhi and Jay. I will continue to support the GB concept - the logical progression from the 60s and 70s R&R lb scene. I am now in my 40s and find this version much more to my taste. I am into "scene and setting" as those "soul survivors" from the 60s will remember and, if anything, want to be part of extending the GB vision. As I once said to Mardhi, a Coupe de Ville, a Monte Cristo No 4, Steely Dan and faen phom Khun Jane (as in "whiskey, cigareets and wild, wild women") are precisely my speed.

May the road rise before you Mardhi and Jay.

or turn left out of the DIG to soi 4 and left again? all those "Swan" Bars just sitting there could use some lb competition...
