Jay is actively looking for more staff - she is now at 23 and wants to hit 30 before the 1st birthday party on 23rd November. She has just agreed with 4 new staff, however all of them are known to people on this site. One big problem is that she will not hire known druggies or girls who are not yet 20 - that probably rules out 50% who apply even before she looks at their character, attitude etc. Its for that reason, she has very few issues within the bar - she does not just take anyone and hopes for the best.
To be honest, at first she wanted to hire people in her own style of what she thinks is beauty - she is now coming round from that view as some of the newer staff are proving to be very popular however I do not believe it will change that dramatically. Incidentally, to refer to the staff in Guess bar as Amazons is amazing - on average they are all quite short, however they are required to wear at least 3 inch heels - typically 4" is the norm - the only one who I would consider tall is Nan, however she is also one of the most popular girls, probably for her looks and legs and funny enough she cannot even walk in 3" heels, so she is exempt from that rule.
Equally feel free to anyone you know that Jay is hiring - she did talk to one girl who she knows and was told, oh XXXX said its very quiet in Guess bar - Jay then advised her that XXXX could not get barfined in her previous job and in 6 months at Guess has acquired new tits, hips, a car and a total new wardrobe including regularly spending 3000baht on a pair of shoes. Perception is often reality for Thai's. The truth is often much different.

Flipping hell guys you really have pissed me off. There am I booked and ready to go to BKK for 10days in the hope to score at the guess bar as it is the "place to go" and now I read your comments. Furthermore, dont go to Obsessions as your get eaten alive. Cascades you get jumped on my 6 of them.
