It's not a normal practice to call the BAR and get a girl...you have to call the girl directly and make the arrangement with her...not with the bar...

They are also saying that guys here are reluctant to give out girls' numbers to someone who they don't know...and that is simply common sense...

So drag yourself to the bar..it's very discreet...meet some girls and get their numbers and you're all set...

How can you can assume from this simple post that I am the kind of guy "...the girls hate to be with..."

I can assure you I have no problem getting a girl to leave a bar with me...

I have a high profile position and live in Bangkok, so please toss those philosophical counter-arguments out. I too avoid my work colleagues seeing me, however, I've come to the conclusion I will not disrespect a girl by doing ridiculous things like making her walk a few steps or stairs away. Also, if a colleague sees me in Nana or Guess, what moral standing does he have? My reporting them would also be damaging.

I am not looking at your behavior in a negative way, I was only pointing out my own philosophy as another perspective, that's all, nothing more. Toss it if you like, but that's what the bloody forum is for, i.e., to get different views and make us all think.

When l return to work in England l always get asked about the L/B scene in Thailand, l would love to show my boss the movie of me with Charm and Paris, it would make his fucking head spin, but l can't.

Despite us now living in a supposed free country, we are still held back by the beliefs and prejudices of others around us, our friends family and work colleagues.

However, l absolutely love walking past all the girls downstairs with their " wewcome" cries, and walking past a little later with one or two L/B's on my arm, the expressions are priceless.

Would recommend visitting any bar and taking the time and trouble to get to know one of them, on many occasions l have taken a liking to a L/B or GG but when l get to talking to them there is no spark, no problem just thank them for their time and choose another or move on.

Calling one up and getting them to your hotel room, nah not recommended.

I intend to visit Guess Bar has a first timer and I dont give a shit. The only way to learn to swim is dive in with the sharks and if I get my balls eaten put it down to experience. I agree with the English sense of humour ...you are a lazy c--t.....and being British I will go in like a bulldog but more then likely come out like a poodle. But I will keep the British flag flying.

Having just joined the forum I think its great! I will tell of my exploits when I return ...thats if I'm not hospitalised.
