Arriving in BKK late

I will be arrivin in BKK airport on 30 July at 1110. Do you think it is worthwhile to go to Guess around 1230, by the time i get to the room and all that.
This is my first post so I apperciate the recommendations.

It might be worth getting Jay (via Mardhi) to book the room for you in advance (All night or ST?) and seeing if the girl can't wait for you...

If you are arriving at 11PM it's a very close call, but at least you can have the room waiting even if the bar closes.

The bars will have been closed the night before you arrive so you may find lots of greedy young things lining uip to greet you!

(Nana closes at 2AM so you can always pop over there and find company...)

Let us know how you get on... especially with the timing from landing to Nana at that time of night!

Thanks for the quick reply. I have been to BKK many times, but this will be my first LB experience. Im looking for the most memorable first time (grin) and it is so hard to decide via pictures without seeing them in person. I'll be in the JW so it is a short skip to Guess.
What to do, who to pick....Ughhhhhh

BTW, why is/was the bar closed on 29 Jul?

Its a big Buddist holiday on the 29th and 30th. Business will be closed and venues cannot serve alcohol.

If your at the JW - you are no more than a two minute walk across the footbridge and your there - the bar does not always close exactly at 1am - ie they have a drinking up period if customers are in the bar. The girls are still around until closing - at the moment, there seems to be an average of 8-12 girls still there at closing time, so you should have a decent enough choice, given there are not really any ugly ones in the line-up.

Ok, maybe I wasnt correct in my last statement. I am departing the U.S on the 29th and will arrive late in the evening on the 30th. So according to one post Guess is only closed on the 29th....
Please I hope that is correct.

If I had to pick a girl out of Guess to boff it would be Jenny. If it was my first time then probably... nope, I couldn't even name a girl who would be a better 'first time' experience as I haven't been with any of them!

Guess is closed on Sunday only - open on Monday 30th - cant say about other bars but it came from Jay tonight after she checked with the local boys in brown
