However, for the avoidance of doubt; Jay has said you are allowed back in Guess Bar although her staff are strictly forbidden to go with you long or short time.

Well, I know how you feel Franck  That would frustrate the hell out of me as well, but due to your previous offer of part time employment to one the Guess salaried staff....You have to regain Jay's trust.
My feeling is that once you have been in there three or four times she may be prepared to forgive and forget the approach you made to Eats.
In the circumstances, I think she is being very fair especially as previously you were banned completely.

OK let€™s make this clear once and forever.

A few months ago I invite Eats to come by Pattaya to stay the weekend with me.

To make sure there€™s no misunderstood I asked Alis to talk with her on my behalf, offering for her €œservices€ more then the usual amount on this circumstances and naturally the bar fine fee for those 2 days.

Reasonable and expected answer from Eats:

€œFor me that€™s fine but I have to talk with Jay first. Call you back later€

And in stead of her €œcall back€ I had the follow SMS from Jay reproduced in full:

€œFrank I ignore when you try steal my staff before but now you do again and I cannot accept this.Please DO NOT come into my bar again as you are NOT WELCOME and  I tell my staff they can go work for you but really they just LAUGH for work pataya hope you understand but what you do is not polite  and u can be just farank no idea and €¦!€

After that I spoke several times with Mardhi and other fellas to clear the situation and the results were zero.

As I am a man of peace, recently, on her anniversary I asked TTChang to buy and offer with my compliments a bunch of flowers, which he kindly did.

No €œthank you€ or whatsoever €“ not big deal for me as I knowing the Thai education, didn€™t surprise me.

More recently we €“ I and my good friend Pentire talked about that and he promised to put an end in this story as he stay 3 / 4 days in Bangkok and in Guess Bar frequently.

His (Pentire) answer was posted above, like €œyou are allowed to come to Guess Bar (thanks God ) but forbidden to ST or LT the staff!!! Which sounds to me like a punishment, same as I am schoolboy with 14 years old and the teacher wants to give me a lesson €“ Hilarious €¦

Two more things I wanted to mention:

After Mardhi (obviously) and the websites power promoting the place, no one, I repeat, no one promoted Guess Bar as I did and still do.

No exaggeration if I say that I brought to Guess Bar over then 80 customers / friends, some of them still faithful there.
No exaggeration if I mention dozens of times in various boards that €œGuess Bar is my second home€ and I€™m glad to notice many people followed my advises.

I never ever pretend €œto steal€ any of Guess bar ladies as I never did or do in other places in Pattaya.

I felt betrayed with that SMS and so far I never got apologizes of such unfair and precipitated judgment.

I perfectly understand for Guess Bar I€™m just one more simple customer lost €“ not important, though, and as I always do €“ I wish all the best for the bar where I past wonderful days of my life.

Not only Jay and the girls there (Hi Eats!), events like before my friend's monkeyman anniversay or now Stogie Bear' I will miss sincerelly.
