Hotel Room above Guess

I know this has been mentioned before but I would like to know exactly how to book in advance a room above the Guess Bar. Maybe Mardhi can help here. I will be arriving on a late flight around 2AM on July 25th Is there someone running the hotel rooms that is around at that time? Also is there a phone #?
