I chatted to Jay about this incident when she woke up this morning and she is already aware of many of the facts and which farang guy was caught in the middle of it. Apparently its not as clear cut as has been posted here (no surprises there), but Jay will herself talk to both the girls concerned today with Gong the bar manager.
Personally I have no problem with people highlighting negative incidents - sometimes It can appear that the board is censored to only have positive messages about Guess, But that is not so. No Guess threads have ever been deleted - I think everyone is big enough and deffo ugly enough to be able to take and absorb good and bad comment. The difference is that Guess set out to deliver a superior product - as Ozzie say's, it does not always work that way, but even when things are going 90% good, the overall experience is considered as way better than other bars. Unfortunately when you have a largish team of highly strung ladyboys - incidents will happen but they are infrequent and 99% of the time the place runs like a well oiled machine, which is why the typical comment is so complimentary.
However the bar gets its own fair share of idiot customers and on more than one occassion these guys get a very different impression of Guess Bar. I have seen guys send back drinks saying the soda is flat only to say the same thing when the next one has been poured, with a totally new bottle of soda which was opened in front of me when I sat at the bar - there was nothing wrong with the drink - however it was replaced and wiped from his bill with no arguement and in Guess nobody gets cut the cost of a drink if its returned (which is actually extremely rare). I have seen guys pay a barfine and then the girl returns a couple of minutes later, saying the customer assumed the girl would stay with him for free. There have been countless scenarios when guys have tried to hit on Jay and then get pissed off bigtime when she says, she aint going with them and pointing out a bar full of girls who will happy escort him wherever he wants to go. Some guys have tried to get a blow job/handjob in the bar for the price of a lady drink, guys coming in the bar and NOT even buying one drink also happens every know and again the list goes on and on but luckily these are in the minority. The staff are very good at spotting guys like this and I have seen them while being polite, also make their point in as good English as they can muster, sometimes it comes across a bit wrong, but as I say, the average customer rarely even notices it.

100% I have had it myself with Jane going "over the top" and insulting me and "manhandling" my girl when Jay was not there.
