Guess Bar goes from strength to strength

Jay was extremely happy tonight. So happy that she took me, monkeyman and Gong to a Gay bar. Apparently according to Pong the cashier, the last 3 nights have collectively been the busiest in the bars relatively short history. Average revenue in the bar has exceeded the Christmas and New Years eve period which almost blew me off my feet despite it being the middle of the 'low' season.

Key message is that the bar continues to go from strength to strength because it concentrates on what it set out to do from the day it opened - offering a great value experience, no hassle, no rip offs and a great variety of honest and trustworthy staff.

If business continues to prosper, gay bars may soon become a regular part of your routine.

I'm just concerned about where she is planning to take you should the bar have an "off" night.

Glad to hear that the place is continuing to do so well. Personally I believe it is an important and valuable addition to the Bangkok ladyboy scene.

Dear Mardi and Jay,

Myself and my travel companion Robbo (pseudonym) attended the bar on the 6th and glad to have contributed to the success.

Incidently, this was our second visit, the first being on Tuesday 29th May. As this was our first visit to the bar and our first night of our trip we did let our hair down and spent a few hours buying numerous drinks for ourselves, our companions (Vee and Cindy) and various employees.

This begs the question, were takings good on this night?

I must admit I have been a bit slack with my contributions to the Guess Bar recently...I've been Otherwise Occupied...

Unfortunately that might not last much longer...On a Fluke (or to see Fluke) I brought my Otherwise Occupied to Guess last evening to say hello to her friends Jay and Joy and SB and Ozzie were both drooling over my new little KC3 friend...So she may not be just my friend much longer...Such is life in LOS...

congrats to all concerned.Certainly enjoyed my visit, over two nights ,in early May. Great atmosphere, no hassles, no loud music, no ladyboy fights.I will be back.
However an lb I see in Melbourne, who is Thai, visited there in April and was given a bit of "cold shoulder"by the other girls.Perhaps they perceived some outside competition.

Sorry not to have contributed on the nights mentioned, I was scouring Devil's Island, ooooops Koh Chang.     Needless to say, only Silver Sands produced anything remotely suitable, and that was a complete shipwreck !!

Back to Bkk in a couple more weeks and will head over to catch the latest news. Keep up the great work

My congratulations to the Guess Bar! Having visited it two times, I can say it is a very enjoyable place to visit and the ladies are lovely - even though not my preferred type (postop). I bought rounds for all the staff on my visits and it was appreciated - nice to be able to chat with Jay as well. Very nice and intelligent lady - Mardhi, you lucky guy!

Another obvious measure of the bar's success is the ability of the staff to afford their new silicone enhancements. I happen to prefer a more busty look (as long as they stay within the bounds of natural), so it will be good to see the additions when I visit again in a couple of weeks.

It is always a risk to start a new business, and I know that must have been a worry for Jay at the beginning - but an innovative concept, good staff, and good management has made it work. Kudos to all involved!

Now the last step, can she get a postop on staff?
