More silicone coming to Guess

While sat in the bar last night, I discovered that Nan had new silicone implants done yesterday and Ohm is going in today to get the breasts done. So both will be out of commission while the bodywork enhancements are undertaken. I cant help but wonder if Ohms timing has something to do with Kahuna's return later this week

So here are Ohm and Nan before bodywork upgrades

That just leaves Fern, Fah and Nat without implants in Guess Bar.

I feel like I've asked this before, but I can't find it. Do most of the girls get silicone or salline? Is silicone available in LOS?

It recently got cleared for use in the US again, since the whole breast cancer thing turned out to be complete nonsense. I am hoping that means a return to big breasted silicone porn stars soon, I am eagerly anticipating that trend.

Silicone is used in the vast majority of breast implants in Thailand as the Thai doctors prefer and recommend these over saline for a more "natural" feel.

Funny you mention about size - Jay was asking Ohm what size she was getting a few days ago and she said in thai "sam loy bet sip" (380).   When i heard that I choked on my beer Lao as I know Jay had 340 and she is BIG, as well as having a much fuller figure in every proportion to lttle Ohm, but even so jay looks big despite a larger body.      However after jay stopped lauging she said, different doctor, mean different size.      All of that actually came as a bit of a shock - lets face it CC in silicone must be pretty much the same i'd have thought.... oh well just another thing to learn about Thailand.    

Furthermore, the latest rumour doing the Guess circuit is that Fern is about to go and have implants done....   That did surprise me no end.  What did not surprise me is that the plastic princess, aka Jane has also now had her nose done.....
