getting the best from a glass a quiness depends upon how it is poured. if you get draught make certain that
the bar help is taught how to pour a glas. find a customer with pub experience to teach them. if you get bottles do not let the bar help pour. a guiness drinker
pours his own.

May I suggest that if this beer was available it would be appropriate for the bar!Attached Files

I'm from Australia but I don't go to asia to drink Australian beer. Bars should stick with the local brews, Tiger, Singha, Chiang and Heineken. Stay away from the Australian, Pom and Yank beers. You look like a wanka when you buy them at over inflated prices. A mate bought a guiness in an Irish bar in Pattaya and it cost him more than it would've in Australia.
Does any one know of any beer in Thailand with a lower alcohol content. I like getting pissed, but I also like to spent about 12 hours getting there
What about spirits. What do you blokes drink.

The mass produced Aussie stuff is little better than American piss but the premium stuff is good - I'm with MM about Boags. I have developed a real taste for the blonde and dark Erdingers though whilst in Beijing - great drop
Don't worry, it only seems kinky the first time

qwerty, you are making me thirsty...! We have very similar taste. Mardhi, please put Hoegaarden and Erdinger on the menu ASAP.
I won't push my luck wishing for American microbrews like you listed or Anchor Steam out of San Francisco, yum!
Oh by the way, if one likes British bitters, The Londoner microbrew at the entrance of Sukhumvit soi 33 makes its own.
The biggest Micro brew in Thailand I believe is Tawan Dang German. It's a great entertainment venue as well.
