Actually an increasing number of these Ladyboy "hookers" are obtaining post graduate degrees, so don't be too quick to perpetuate the stereotype that all "hookers" are morons.

Jay actually has a degree or diploma in accountancy, which obviously assists her ability to manage the bar.

I don't think anyone is attempting to suggest the new price for short time at Nana Plaza is 40,000 Baht.

Prices haven't altered a great deal in the past few years.

It just so happens that Jay from Guess Bar keeps getting these seemingly absurd offers from guys visiting the bar despite the majority of them being aware that she's currently "off the market".

The fact she has a boyfriend seems to be the impetus for them to keep raising the stakes assuming that if they offer enough, she will give in and head off for a short time session.

One school of thought is that everyone has their price, and whilst this may be true, we have so far established Jay's price is in excess of 40,000 Baht !

At the end of the day, this isn't about money, its about Jay's relationship with Mardhi, and not losing face with all her staff.
