Maybe this is the elusive millionaire who dropped 50,000baht in front of her and took both of them. Maybe it was some guy's trying to pick her & Jane up in the street as they left the bar and were getting trying to get a taxi back. Surprised nobody has claimed the success if they got anywhere. I'd be surprised if they did but who can tell what these girls get up to, although equally I would have expected to have had 10 phone calls/sms from other LB's seeing Jay who would LOVE to spread that story.

Maybe JackG can give everybody any extra information? Was it outside the bar, across the street, up by Nana etc.

On a lighter note i was plesantly surprised by this bar, no over zelous girls hasseling for money and drinks, music at a level so you can have a conversation(even noticed how thais turn the music up if your in there bar?).
The place is nice and the atmosphere is good.

Sorry about that.  We are probably about the same age, give or take a few years.  I find it hard to believe all this years have flashed by and it only when I take a good hard look in the mirror at myself that I'm reminded the game is almost over.

It was about 02:30 on 5 January.  Having just arrived about 12 hours before I was very tired and was considering going back to the hotel and getting some much needed sleep, but thought I would see if The Guess Bar was still open and have one last drink for the evening.  As I arrived in front of the building I noticed all or most of the lights in the building were off so I turned and started to walk back down Sukhuvmit Road.  In a more open area not far from the building I saw Jay and her sister talking with two young men.  It is getting hard for me to guess ages anymore and I don't pay much atttention to men anyway, but I would say they were anywhere from their mid twenties to early thirties, in excellent physical condition and I think both were were wearing pullover polo shirt type shirts.  Looked like two handsome couples.  I was thinking each level attracts their own, i.e., the young and attractive are attracted to each other and, I guess, that is the way it should be. They were busy talking as if they were deciding where they should go next.  I stopped a distance away, on the sidewalk, near the street, to watch them when a g-girl from a Nana A-go-go and with who I had been talking to earlier, was suddenly in my face wanting to know where I was going.  She followed my gaze and then gave me an odd look, as if to say, "why are looking at ladyboys?."  I dismissed it saying I was tired and walking back to my hotel.  The next night I ended up taking her, the g-girl, LT.
So, that is my story and I'm sticking to it.
