The good thing about having the new cashier is she able to spend more time on the customer side of the bar that means we customers get to see more of these fantastic legs--

"bad habits" are hard to shake... too many handsome guys on the other side of the bar .. or maybe she already understand that she is the main attraction?
could be some jealousy if her sister gets all the money from customers too ..

btw, how many customers have there been there compared to the other bars in nana and patpong?

any large-tooled ladies with a big cumshot or are the talent the same dull 5-6'' squeeze out a drop kind of girls?

Just make a joke and say something like, "well I am here for 7 days, so that means I can get through 7 of the girls here" or whatever but the age old principals apply

I employee similiar tactic when I was in Guess Bar last week, and had no problem at all. However, one still need to provide more service incentives to them. In my experience, the GG/LB will usually ask you how long are you staying, how much more are you staying, etc? In my experience, the service is usually better if I told them it's my first night in town rather than last night in town. My guess is that they will invest more in the first encounter in hope of getting some longer term business.

The standard advice on ATS seems to be settle on ST/LT price before barfine, rather than "up to you." However, if the girls think you won't barfine them next night because you told them you are buttterflying, you need to tell them there will be good tip if service is good. I can not say anyone give bad service because of my butterflying. But I did had experience that felt very SOPish(Standard operation procedure). YMMV.

I tried to get a picture tonight of all the girls. Unfortunately some guys had beaten me to it - 3 are missing (and guess where they are?) - There are now 12 LB's at Guess on salary including Jay and Koko who acts as the Mamasan and chief girl recruiter. The bar tender guy is gay and a schoolfriend of Jay - His name is Gong and he is a great laugh. The Cashier is named Pong and she is a straight GG, but also a long time friend of Jay. Furthermore, there are about 3/4 freelancers who come in when they feel like it.

Unfortunately for some reason, I have lost a lot of the pics I took tonight - this is about the best of what I have managed to transfer into my computer - for some reason the light in this bar does not work well with my camera and all the pics I have taken look pretty crap.

Thats Jenny - As highly recomended by daveDuke007 among others. The girl second on the right is Nan 1 and has the highest number of barfines so far from what I understand with Jenny and Jane close behind. The girl on the right hand side is new as are the two mousy blondes and the two brunette's in front of Jay. The blonde girl who is nearest Jay is STUNNING in the flesh - only thing is she does not speak English very well and started today. Lots of the new girls are pretty shy although I believe that one on the right hand side is 'ITS' and she is the one who undertook a detailed examination of Socrates genitals in the WC last week before she started worked at Guess Bar.

Jane, Bang (as shown by Stogie on the first page) and another girl formerly from KC3 are not here.

I believe there are still a couple more to start in next few days.

I'd be surprised if she left - in talking to her last night, she seems very happy so far and much prefers this environment to that of either Hi-Boss or Stringfellows.

I certainly dont get any vibe of any bitchiness among any of the girls which is maybe why Jay wants to keep the numbers at a manageable level - tonight I saw 2 guys both choose a different girl to the one they started chatting with and no issue or back-chat arose from the girl who was not chosen.
