Big Dogs/Guess Meet up 11th Jan

It has been mentioned in other threads so i th ought I would start a dedicated thread for next Thursday's meet.

I suggest a 6.30 meet at big dogs, then head over to Guess a bit later.

Looking forward to meeting Rob69, and also catch up with anyone else who is around.... Thaibound, Donnnnnnnny, Socrates, Snick (if he's allowed out to play!)

I'm in town that day. Kahuna was nice enough to pass on his mobile to me. I arrive the day before so will probably pick up a SIM for my mobile on the 11th. Let us know the time and place and will do my best to be there.

Had a change of plans...illness in the family...delayed my trip one week...so I'll be landing now on the 17th...still staying at the DIG...If anyone is still around...I'll be around until April or so...

Just an idea, but would it be better to all meet at Guess bar - I remember the first time I met the guys at one of these Big Dogs meets and its damn confusing trying to work out which group it is - ended up asking 3 different groups if any of them were Stogie Bear - which led to some very funny looks I can tell you. Might be easier to say meet at Guess and the group will be on that first sofa in front of the bar - which tends to be the seats most groups gravitate towards anyway. However of course, even if any new guys are still confused (unlikely as there wont be many people in at 6.30pm) they could just ask Jay or the barman and she will point out the group to them.

Hopefully I will be in town on the 11th and will be looking forward to it either way be it meeting at Guess or Big Dogs.
