One of the first tasks Ex has been working on is to create a new team of staff to work during the daytime. The bar has a new lady cashier/bartender who handles things from noon until 7pm. Gong & the evening cashier, Eye then run things through till 3am.
For the first week, the staff operating daytime have been mostly switched from the evening team pending some new arrivals early in November. Current examples of daytime girls include Gate, Nat, Ouey, May.
Its also highly likely that PEAR will return to Guess Bar (now post op) around 3rd November albeit in a semi cashier/hostess/mamasan role. Pear will be bringing with her some 2/3 new girls none of whom have worked in a bar before. New girls are also coming in from Pattaya, Koh Samui and Surin. Within a week, there are expected to be another 10 staff in the bar.
The bar now has 3 ST rooms onsite (well upstairs in Rajah Mansion - so they are very nice hotel rooms).
All drink prices have been reduced by some 30% as a trial to see if it makes a difference to people staying longer and buying more drinks. Lady drinks are now just 80b - compared to Nana gogo's these are approx: 50% cheaper than those bars charge.
