I am glad more interest has been generated for Guess - now that Jay is more fully involved I think it should regain it's past form.

Some of the new staff look quite tempting - Ant in particular as she looks better in real life than in her photos.

How do we know what her real age would be? Is this common? The legal age of consent is 15 (I think) in LOS.

15 is the legal age of consent however in regards to prostitution the legal age is 18.

The age of consent in Thailand is 15 (with the below caveat) as specified by article 279 of the Thai Criminal Code. The current legislation applies to all regardless of gender and/or sexual orientation, although it is a common misconception that it applies only to women.

However parts of the Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act which disallow any sexual contact with prostitutes under the age of 18, are widely interpreted by some local authorities to cover sexual acts classed as "obscenity for personal gratification". Also from the Penal Code Amendment Act of 1997 Section 283bis, having sex with a child under 18 is a compoundable offense even with the consent of that person. The parent or the child may file charges against the other side if he or she later regrets his or her own action. This ostensibly makes the Thai unfettered age of consent 18.

Lets hope Ant is 18. The last thing you want to happen is spend all your hard earned cash paying off the cops.

ATS this month has photos and Video of Fai from Guess. I don't see her in the active list here. Anyone know if she is still there? Its hard to tell with ATS these days as they seem to be using a lot of old material.

Has anyone heard about Gate heading out to Thailand?

I just saw an add in CH with a cropped picture that looked as if it came from LB-Crush's expose on Gate. She looked so good the in the black fishnets, it would be a shame to lose her from the Guess Bar. I read that some find her cold, but that was not my experience last Spring.

unlikely she is going to work in Europe. It is more likely another escort is using Gate's photo to lure customers. An unfortunate but increasingly common tactic.

I am happy Gate will still be around. I will be visiting soon and plan to drop in for a visit. I will report if I learn anything.

The new uniform code sounds like a classy addition to the program. Having now visited a few places in BKK, I like that Guess remains a bit relaxed, fun and classy.
