Gosh, after a long absence, I toured The Five Bars last night. With so few customers around, I was surprised at not being mobbed at any of them. Each night, though, is a quite different experience, obviously.

Went in to Casanova looking for rough trade ... found the sweetest-looking gurl of all five spots --- what's going on?!

Affirmitive on that farangbah, 1-2 depending on policing. *Then then streets are lined with lbs. Recently its as crowded as I ever scene it, and not easy to walk through them as they try to latch on to your arm or back pocket if your not careful. *

This was even after a heavy downpour which kept me undercover until 1:30 a.m. I don't think they have been cracking down on street ones with the crowds I saw.

Going tonight Pacman. first time I have been in the mood since the break-up. Thinking I will check out that area inbetween soi 4 and 6 that those guys are reffering to as Guess Bar II. Somehow I get the feeling I will end up at NEP, we'll see. Just burgurlar proofing my loom right now.

You will have to see what ends up in my desk-cleaning thread. Its been pretty tame as of late, see if I can send a jolt through it.

Looker and I did a quick tour of NEP over the last few days. Cascades and Obsessions seem to have plenty of talent and some new entries to the p4p scene.

Temptations tonight didn't tempt, a much smaller collection, but something for everyone..

As for Casanovas, well it's not my cup of tea. Ironically the only worthy was a newb named Milk (which is how I take it anyway....) The vibe is definitely lo-fi and the 'mamasan' is some overbearing short guy right out of a cheap James Bond remake....

If this is what the bar's like, can you imagine the ST rooms ?

In summary, plenty of girls and few customers. The mamasan at Obsessions showed me the laminated card (farang prices one side, Japanese the other..) when I laughed she said ST was 1000-1500, LT 2000-2500. Quite fair.

I've been paying 2000 Baht LT in Obsession since 2002.
I bet that the Japanese have been paying at least 50% higher than this over the same period.

Well she tried every which way but loose (sound famiiar to those Jenny fans ?  ). In the end I threw it back at her. Actually I think she got excited by my masculinity at this point and later we became firm friends    

I think it's a test  

Anyway, your price is at the low end of what she later quoted and no surprise if our Japanese friends don't negotiate
