Guess Pool Competition

I was in Guess last night with a bunch of lovely girls and Om kicking ass on the pool table.

I was wondering if the management of Guess believes a pool tournament would be fun and interesting, and what about the members who live here ?

Of course the main reason would be to have some good fun, drinks, meet members and who knows....

Its been thought about in the past, however the challenge was to find someone able to organise and attend every week on the said night. That rules me out as my plans are always being changed. I think it would be a good idea so if anyone is able to take the lead, I am sure Jay would be ok with it. My suggestion is to try and fix a day and then make it a weekly event.

Why not try once a month and see what the feedback is. If there's a demand move to fortnightly then weekly if it's a goer.

That's a good idea, let's see how the poll goes a bit longer... and would be easier for Guess too, I would think.

Perhaps just a "one-off" tournament, publicized a week or so in advance. Baby steps!

Customers vs, ladyboys? Or teams. One customer and one LB on each team, single elimination. Hmm.

Jimslim.... excellent idea, why don't you talk to Jay and suggest the rules to her, I'm sure she will love the concept  

What day in the week would be most interesting for those of you who voted, yes/coming along for the fun ? For me, ideally, would be a Friday actually.

No idea what the volume is for Guess on that night though.

Perhaps a better question to ask would be, how many of the 13
BMs who voted yes actually live in BKK and will be there every Friday
night...My guess is none...

EyeMahk has the better suggestion...A one-time tourney...

A couple years back Guess sponsored a Pattaya Girls v Guess Girls tourney
that was well attended by BMs and a lot of fun for the girls as well...

Kahuna; great point there, although I wouldn't think people not living here would actually vote in something that local, I might be surprised....

Anyway; I wouldn't suggest every Friday, more the monthly thing, to start things off a 'one off' would be great too..

Let's get it going, tentative dates could be March 27 or 28 (fri/sat), naturally subject to Jay agreeing to this..

You could have a longer term grid  league where say you have 12 guys and you just play the matches when and where you can and fill the graph in over say a year...If someone drops dead meanwhile that will count as cheating and they wont be allowed back in

Obviously you may have someone at the top as he has played 6 matches more than anyone else... but the fun would be seeing him drop down as other play their games

I say we start this on April 2nd ....count me in
