Vivian, you are indeed a lovely lady, and I would like to give you some advice to help you feel better. You have some pain medicine from the doctor. Take this medicine regularly for the next 3-4 days. I know the doctor told you only to take them as needed for pain, but if you take them regularly on schedule for a few days, you will recover faster and the pain will not be as bad.

Be sure to massage them properly as Roadrunner has recommended!
