Arrived here, visiting for a couple of days and would be grateful of any suggestions or pointers should anyone be aware of LB here.

You are hanging on by a thin thread if you are looking for LB'S in Saigon. Your best bet is to check out the LB scene that happens after 10p.m. as the few that are about cruise around on their motor bikes in front of the Opera House. Failing to connect this way head over to the Apocolypse Bar and try your luck there. In 2003 on my last visit there I meet a couple of LB'S in the back area of the bar. In Saigon LB's are pretty much an underground scene.

Try a bar called Allez Boo in the backpacker area. I believe there are some there quite late at night. Only going by what I have heard though.

I would be VERY careful with your money though. Vietnamese hookers are not famed for their services just their love of money and shiny things like gold and phones......

Totally agree!
And the pimps behind them can be quite dangerous. I had a not so pleasant experience myself.
As for the LBs..there are a very few roaming around on motorcycles in the Opera House square and surrounding roads, as Pogue said, but not clear where they bring you and what happens...
In short, unless you are really sex starved, I would give it a miss.

Ho Chin Min City (aka HCMC) it's the former Saigon, and there is where you get something going on.
Hanoi I heard to be a more conservative place.

Sorry to say , but the Saigon LB's are the biggest crooks and pickpockets you will ever see.....try to avoid and head off to LOS

yeah be very cautious in HCMC the LB's cruise the streets sometimes alone or in pairs around district 1 not hard to find depending on the night, had a bad experience with a couple that decided the load in my wallet needed to be lightened a bit. Managed to get most of the money back before it turned ugly and the re-enforcements turned up, not a good idea to take on the locals down some dark street outside a dodgy hotel. It was time to leave and don't rely on the police!
Apocalyse, Allez Boo and Eden Bar are places to find, just use your best judgment before you go with one

Thanks for that. I did try the suggested locations without luck. In the end I asked a moto driver where I could find any LB's, he was on his mobile in seconds and within 2 minutes one arrived on the back of another bike. She was butt ugly, but hey, I was horny so accepted a blow job in a crappy motel. Not something it was of course a complete waste of money.....
