It's a Vietnamese Kao San Rd in Ho Chi Minh. You can find there all the shits you find in KSR : idiot westerners believing they are in "the" place, massage parlors with hand finition (and nothing more) at expensive prices and a few bars.
I don't really care since bars are not my cup of tea, even in Thailand. This is an Opportunity to remind that ladyboys can hardly be found a in bars in Vietnam. You need to enjoy another way of mongering to find the graal over there.
