I have read the forum posts on Brazil, specifically Sao Paulo.   The posts are wonderful, but I would appreciate a little more detailed information on hotels, areas of the city, etc. to visit to ensure time is spent effeciently.

There's a Yahoo group run by a guy who knows the TS scene in Sao Paulo well. The Files section has a Frommers-type guide of the kind you seem to be looking for. Now, the name of the group is something like "internationalshemaletravel" ... something like that. Just do a search. If you don't come up with it, come back on here (others might be interested) and I'll go dig it up from my files.
