rxpharm's right. Check out vicesisters but take it with a pinch of salt. Some of the pics are not updated and they do exaggerate the facts, to put it mildly.
If you don't want Orchard Towers then try strolling along Lorong 16 in Geylang after 10pm. where you see them face to face. Take note that non-locals are charged higher prices and the ladyboys are found on extreme ends of this road these days.
Or hire a car and drive to Changi Village after 1am weekdays. BJ at S$30 and above, action done in the car.

went to singapore finally and have been to all possible location to find ladyboy :

- geylang - lorong 16 : some many boys at the beginning of the street only ...just passabe ......may be miss the right spot there
