The ladyboys in the video are local ladyboys that hang out there from about midnight and especially during the weekend. Their asking prices are similar as those that are based in Crazy Horse and Club Romeo.
Being local, they have an advantage in speaking better English.
There is a caveat here, in the past there was one local ladyboy who used to hang around further down towards the Isetan department store - in short she was a thief.
So do be careful when taking them - re: valuables. They're not attached to a bar so you have no recourse if anything happens.

In answer to the question about Jeen, she's been told not to advertise herself as from being at a particular bar which is why I didn't mention which one. Anyway, it's pointless now, tonight was her last night. If all goes well she should be back in April.

Just to clarify - At Club Romeo they're 100% ladyboys - a mix of post and pre-ops. And yes, it's true they rush for customers, some nights some score zero.
It's Crazy Horse where you get a mix of the Filipino and Indonesian girls and Thai ladyboys. In Crazy Horse the Filipinos and Indonesians are employed by the bar and get accommodation, therefore don't need to push themselves. Besides they usually dance for, I think, 30 to 45 minutes and then break and then dance again.

For ladyboy lovers based in Singapore who want the upper end and don't want to mess about with on-line ads (which can be a hit and miss thing) , it's Hobson's choice.
The trick is to hang around outside Club Romeo at around 9pm and watch them as they come in and then zero in to the one you like. It's also a lot brighter.  
The asking price may be S$200 but from Mondays to Thursdays it is usually about 30 to 40% less. I also seen deals for 2 ladyboys at S$300.

I usually head to OT during my occasional trips to Singapore. Have never actually been to Rowell Road so can't compare.

One annoying thing about both Crazy Horse and Romeos is that there's usually a mix of GGs, posties and pre-ops in both bars. The Thais don't seem too fazed if you ask that they direct you to the preops, but I've had some girls from other countries (Laos, Cambodia) act offended when I told them I wasn't into GGs..."are you gay, you don't want my pussy?"...um, no and no!

I find the girls at Crazy Horse are not as pushy as the girls at Romeos - in CH you can wander in, find a table and start eyeing up the ladies without having six or seven of them rush you when you first enter and demand that you choose one to sit with you immediately.

But I also find the talent in Romeos to generally be better...although it's luck of the draw ultimately, as it depends on who's on tour at the time you visit...

Marla took me here when I was on vacation. I fucking hated it. Loud as hell, dark as night, and pushy-ass ladyboys demanding drinks for "conversation." I had Marla by my side, and one blonde ladyboy kept telling us about how we would be married soon. She then asked for a ladydrink because she gave me this wonderful "advice."

I will say it was hilarious when a Japanese man walked in, was immediately swarmed, and he chose the most Japanese-looking ladyboy in the group. I also witnessed a cat fight between one of the older ladyboys and one of the younger ones.

Can't remember exactly which bar this took place in. Wouldn't pay 140 bucks for any of these girls anyway. A lot of them looked like they had a lot of mileage from Bangkok already.

Can be quite intimidating first time in there. My first time in romeos i was swamped before i headed for the bar! The ladies giving the impression that you had too choose there and then! As first time i did a quick scan and picked, but in all honesty she was not the one i really wanted. On further discussion it turned out she was a postie, when i explained that i wanted a pre-op she went and found her friend for me.

Thought I'll post a bit of info about the "four floors of whores" and clear up some misconceptions.

Orchard Towers in Singapore is, of course, the one place to get a close first hand look at the upper end of P4P ladyboys. Somehow there have been some myths circulating that need to be cleared up.
Official Red Light Area?
First and foremost, it is not a "designated red light area". In Singapore a designated red light area is one where the prostitutes are issued with a green card stating their attendance and clearance at a government STD clinic. It is also one where sex is permitted on the premises. Neither is the case in Orchard Towers.
Secondly, the     ladyboys at both clubs, Club Romeo and Crazy Horse are not employed at the clubs. They are given permission to sit at the clubs by the owners and in so doing hopefully entice customers to buy drinks at the usual inflated prices.
There is a level of control however. The ladyboys must be listed and have in their possession a valid visit pass stamped on their passports. This is true of the other clubs in Orchard Towers as well. They are, strictly speaking, only supposed to approach customers in the clubs and not outside.  The clubs are also not allowed to keep their doors open. The government agencies take the view that what goes on behind closed doors is fine as long as there is no exposure of private parts.
Bar Fines and Taxis to a hotel
Which brings us to bar fines - there is no such thing - unlike Bangkok where the ladyboys are employed.So don't be duped into paying extra.
Taxis are taken from the official taxi stand from the side of the building. Be patient and join the queue. Do not allow yourself to be led to a waiting taxi in another location. You'll be charged 3 to 4 times the actual metered fare. Many a foreigner has fallen prey to this.
Also, do be wary that there are close circuit cameras in the car park adjoining the main building. Hence going for a quickie in the car or openly in the open car park, which was done, is clearly inviting trouble. Technically you could be charged by the police for committing an indecent act in a public place.
Prices
The ladyboys ask for S$200 (about US$140) for a 2 hour short time. Unless you live near Orchard Towers, Taxi and hotel is extra (in total about another S$30 to S$40). Some have been known to offer extended services and that's up to you to negotiate.  
Finally
In spite of the seemingly stiff rules, this is still the best place to see for yourself the best looking ladyboys instead of looking at pictures on the escort sites. You always get a couple of stunners.  Go early, just before they go in (9.30pm) and then walk in either bar to take your pick. "Ladydrinks" are S$22 in Club Romeo and S$18 in Crazy Horse, by the way.
Generally you get around 20 ladyboys in Club Romeo and about 10 in Crazy Horse every day.
Lastly always negotiate your price for services that you expect before you leave the building and ask if you're not sure of anything.
