please, if anyone has any leads on ladyboys in Ho Chi Minh City or in Nha Trang, please let me know. I will be going to both places this winter and would be very appreciative if anyone up here could help me locate any kind of scene over there.

Didn't find any in Nha Trang despite trying hard to find some. It's not a big town so I figured that any LBs of any quality would have left for HCM.

Many in HCM but work free-lance. Of course there are those that cruise on their scooters at night in the square around Q bar the surrounding streets. You can also find freelancers in a disco called "555" as well as another disco whose name I forget which is about 1 block away.

As you may know there are problems in bringing girls back to your room so you need to either need to locate an alternative (cheap) hotel that will allow guests or trust her and have her take you to somewhere.

If you need details, let me know and I'll rack my brain for details. I may have a phone number or two, which I will look for and forward to you.

I remember that the police don't allow guests into the rooms and that is too bad. I will have to find a place where I can do the shoots. Nha Trang will be a short vacation; I will do all my work in HCMC

I have a friend who works in HCM (not into LBs), but he has told me that the authorities are rounding up all "undesirables", beggars, street boys, prostitutes, and sending them away for "re-education" during the SEA Games. Might be difficult to find LBs.

Lived in HCMC for 4 years and I cannot believe they will ever "round them up" So many are more like transvestites than LB's or shemales. as most just dress the part to earn money. You will find some that take hormones but the ratio is about 1:10. Finest "tv's" I have ever encountered.
However, as the previous posters indicate, it is not BKK when it comes to freedom. No way to get her into your hotel. She will take you to a mini-hotel. The cops are fairly agressive so be careful. I know at least on dude who was refused his next Visa after being caught with a hetro hooker in a mini-hotel. He is Taiwanese and they might go easier on a white guy but who knows. Most of us go there for work. Kind of difficult to explain to your comapny why your Visa is not being approved since the Consulate will indicate "unnacceptable social behavior" when they decline.

I know jon is intrigued by viet nam and I would enjoy a trip there as well. Having said that it would seem to go there for "play for pay" activites would seem too much work and risk for the reward. I would stick to greener pastures. BE CAREFUL OUT THERE!!

I have been there many times, and it's true that the Gov.
is not to friendly when it comes to what they consider
porn . Talk to the guys in front of the Rex hotel at night . They can put you in touch with anyone . We have never
had a problem finding what we wanted . Just be careful
when you leave the country with your pictures . Some of
the most beautiful LBs I have ever seen are in Vietnam,
but they can be hard to find . Nothing will ever beat Thailand,
but their are some gems there .
