Welcome to the forum succes6000! Thanks for contributing to this discussion. There is one site I know of that publishes news and some events: TS-Dating News. Unfortunately while they do have world wide news coverage, they don't capture all the events. The major reason being it is focused on English language articles.
There are a couple of beauty contest forums/blogs that cover some ts/tg beauty contests but not all of them. One is called Missology, the majority of the contests are gg.
