Info on ladyboys in Bali?

Hello,

I shall go to Bali in August.
Are there LB bars in Kuta/legian?
How much are barfines? And ST/LT?
Who knows LB friendly hotels (medium category)?
Any other advice?

There are no real LB bars in Bali but a lot of LB's.
In the beginning of the night you have to go to Seminyak (Jl Dhyana Pura), after a few 100 mtrs you'll find the gay - LB scene (it's all mixed up there).
Later in the night after 1 am you have to go to jl. Double Six, many lb's there but all mixed with gg.
Close to jl. Double Six there is a hotel Bali Subak, I don't know what the reaction would be in case you bring a lb.... But the lb will guide you.
Prices from 300.000 Rp ST up to 1.000.000 Rp LT.

There are no barfines in Bali.

You can already get in touch with the LB's on http://www.vicesisters.com of www.dateinasia.com.

If you have to take a taxi near jl Double Six, walk until you find a taxi that wants to put the meter on, the others are just looking for big money and little work.

Another good advice, but you will already know that, becarefull with your valuables and don't take any money out at night you will not use. Not that I already had any bad experiences, but read it in other topics here.

I was in Bali earlier this year. Stayed at a hotel in Kuta but visited Dhyana Pura and saw some of the lbs there. Personally, I was not too impressed but probably I am Thailand- and in particular Pattaya-spoilt.

Scene there is quite cramped into that small bar area near the white wall, although I saw a few cuties passing on motorbikes. But it all lacked in playfulness and tenderness I find in Pattaya.

A buddy of mine seemed to enjoy it much more. So, I guess as always it all depends.

Don't let me put you off, it is just that there is nothing like Thailand, other than the PI perhaps ...

Paddy's in Kuta is where the younger more attractive ones hang out, also around the bomb memorial. 11:00pm till about 3:00am.

Dyana Pura street around and in the gay bars but particularly just on the beach side of said bars. Till 3:00am Some drag shows.

The street between La Vida Loca and Bacio (Double Six) is sometimes holding.

And late night, the main drag of Jalan Legian has a few lurking about.

They are not allowed in most night clubs as they have a proven/perceived reputation as thieves.

And as Didi stated above, the internet is also a very viable option.

I have lived here a long time and find sustenance, sometimes even a stunner, but still for complete satisfaction, always head to LOS.

I've read about Petitinget Beach being a gay beach. I didn't get there yet. Anyone knows if you can find also LB's over there, or where are the LB's to be found during the afternoon?

Do NOT stay at the Galaxy Hotel in Semnyiak. A buddy of mine had a bad experience, they are not ladyboy freindly.

My limited experience in Kuta was basically the same areas, but, I had one young LB push me up against the wall and start to kiss and fondle me right out in the open. She was quite cute and I was playing along with the attention. Then she broke off and started walking away...for some reason I put my hand in my pocket and noticed I'd been fleeced. I immediately ran after her and she gave the money up immediately without a problem. Just be aware that they are very good at this!
