Depending upon your standards you can try the following:
Hard Rock Cafe expensive but relatively safe environs

7 Colours Bar (something like that) located by Hua Thai hotel on 3rd ring road S of Guomao has drag show as does love island in the city. 7 colours was much better when i went there, but these are really guys dressed up for a bit of fun rather than full timers.
