as far as i know- NO.
siem reap isn't very good for girls either i've heard.
in fact you'd be very lucky to find a decent LB in phnom pen.

I have only been to Phnom Penh, but am planning a trip to Cambodia including Siem Reap this summer.
There are not as many LB´s in Cambodia as in Thailand, but they are there.
I found one freelancer in the street ( I thought she was a GG, but she convinced me), and I saw at least one in Sophie`s Bar, a notorious BJ-bar that you should not miss.
My best advice is to go Cambodia for GG. There are so many nice ones and they are cheaper than Thailand. I had a very pleasant time in February.
Don´t go looking for LB´s , they will find YOU.
