I have a short stopover in singapore. i reach there after midnight. it will be probably after 2am to get to the hotel, eat something and freshen up.

There should be some activity still outside orchard towers after 2am and a few patrolling by the thai embassy a few mins walk away. The airport in sing is very efficient so you should make it before 2am if you land around midnight.
