Orchard Towers - look for Crazy Horse 4th Flr, Romeos 3rd Flr, from 9pm. - asking S$150 to S$250 ST (weekdays cheaper), hotel your own.
Geylang Lor.16 - Ladyboys on either extreme ends of this road. From 10pm asking for expats - S$80 upwards, rooms S$10
Most hotels LB friendly even the 5 star ones but check first.

If you want escorts, there are plenty on ViceSisters but I would seriously reccomend you check out Orchard Towers.

Yes, vicesisters is your best bet but about half of Singapore ladyboys that advertise also walk the streets in front of Orchard Towers, by the 7-11 up to the building next to the Thai embassy. They also stroll along Lorong 16 in Geylang. They go cheaper when they walk the streets and you can see what you're getting. Some of the pictures are not up to date. Also try Clarke Quay by the bridge which connects to Boat Quay. There is also a local sex forum called Sammyboy which has threads on the local ladyboy scene.

By the way, relative to the region, Singapore tends to be safer. But, don't let your guard down. There have been instances of mobile phone, digi cams and other small items been stolen. I would bring her back to the Hilton. Understand Hilton is friendly. No complaints from a friend who tried her.
By the way, hate to tell you this but the Hilton is just opposite the best place to look for ladyboys in Singapore - Orchard Towers.
(If you don't mind being seen in public with a ladyboy on your arm, that is)
However, take note there aren't any Filipino ladyboys "working" there.

Thanks. I'd try both one night with the lovely phi ladyboy + a tour in the Orchard Tower. At present which is the best place: Crazy Horse or Romeo? I've been told that quality is ... variable. I'll be there around the 10th of Dec.

I was at crazy horse last night (saturday) and brought back to my room a beautiful ladyboy from Laos.  I was staying at Orchard Hotel and no problems to get in the hotel with her.

Romeos on level 3 totally Thai ladyboys. Weekdays they open from 9pm.
Crazy Horse on the 4th level is about the size of Romeos and they have a mix of GGs and ladyboys.
I would take a look at both, Crazy Horse is just an escalator away.
