Vietnam - I think I saw one!

walking down the big road from Allez Boo bar (which is in backpacker area) a motorbike pulled up, a ladyboy was driving, she wasnt great but not horrible. but whoever was riding on the back of the bike was hot... tho i couldn't be sure if the passenger was LB or GG...

15 minutes later another LB on motorbike rode by me, pulled over, gave the look, and i just wasnt in the mood for the hassle that is commercial sex in vietnam so i passed, but she was relatively cute...

I have only been to Saigon (HCM City) and there are many LB´s on their motobikes at night in the tourist areas.
However, as prostitution is forbidden in Vietnam, there are some dangers: You cannot take them to your hotel (normally), and all sorts of scam go on.
How would you like being taken to a room in a strange area and being relieved of your money and perhaps clothes ?
The police won´t help you. Very often they play an active part.
Therefore,if you want sex, stick to LOS, Cambodia or perhaps Laos and use your common sense.

Staying away from pros here is good advice, I've lived here for 4 years and wouldn't touch any of the LB's, the bike LB's i've seen have been rank !. it really is quite amusing though watching them ride around looking for punters, especially now crash helmets are compulsory.

The hassles here are NO 3,4 or 5 star hotel allows joiners at any cost, so no point even trying to negotiate. There are short time hotels but they are pretty s***e and out of the main tourist areas and not safe.

There are some GG bars, but nothing like LOS, most of these are slowly being closed down as the CBD becomes more commercialized. There is still a GG bar next to the new Nike store, so you can have a quickie upstairs after you've bought your new trainers !

Personaly i don't p**s on my own doorstep, I save it all for my frequent "business" trips to LOS !!!

I wouldn't say that..in VN you can meet nice GG and have fun, the place is developing at a good speed.
Had a few good experiences with ladies met thru internet even though I only went there only three times, but with pros I ended up in a dangerous situation, so
For sure tiger 62 knows far more than I, and can certaibly suggest better ways to meet GGs.
For LBs, however, just doesn't look like the place to be.

It's actually not a dump, there are some great places to visit and holiday destinations and its getting more and more on the tourist map (although not for sex tourists !)

Best way to meet GG's is in the few "clubs" that exist here in Ho Chi Minh, Lush, Q Bar, Apocalypse Now etc where a fair % of the female clientèle are for hire. In Apo you used to get a couple of LB's and a few gay guys meeting in one corner, the owners didn't like it much and put a spot light in the corner, then turned it on one night and the whole club turned and stared at them - that's what its like here !!

yup..I'm heading to Saigon(HCMcity) in Feb and have been wondering about the LB scene....when in Hanoi last year, met a great GG while just walking around the lake. Spent 3 days with her.....if you can do the same thing with an LB, now that would be sweet. Very few LBs from Vietnam on line so pre planning is unlikely......unless you and Lisa can be a "married couple" for a few days and tour together.....

I went there a few years ago with a mate. To be honest I didnt look for any lbs, as I was with a mate who knows nothing of my ''secrets!'' (well we are both married guys!). Getting a girl up to your room was really difficult, it could be done. but not worth the hassle in my opinion! eg. you have to book them into the hotel, as a guest, pay for the room for them etc, bung a few dollars here and there too! I didnt bother at all. My mate had 1 girl though, (actually he had 2!).
One was arranged by the guy in reception , he rang some girl up, she came around to the room, my mate paid about 20 dollars for the girl to register and i think he paid her about 15 or 20 bucks too.
The second girl, was in a brothel of some sorts! It was all cloak and dagger sort of stuff, too dangerous and sleazy for my liking!
A year or 2 after that, we went to Cambodia for a few days (both these trips were ''side-trips from thailand- leaving wifes in thailand!), if you want vietnamese girls go to Cambodia! loads of them there and cheap too!
Persnally, I m into Thai ladyboys now! Im in Pattaya 4 weeks tuesday! cant wait!
