Actually during the period leading up to National Day (9th August), the boys in blue tend to be alot busier to "keep the peace". We often see higher frequency of raids in Geylang, and I think the supply should generally dip, irrespective of demand.

However, there's a F1 coming up in September. From the grapevine, alot of the girls will be in town as part of the on-going race festivities. Maybe they should have a race-queen night.

Agreed Si Geena. A few little birdies told me that quite a few of the girls are going to pack it up before National Day and return home for a few weeks. Actually, some OT girls are already leaving now and purposely choosing not to extend their visas because they think there might be some problems over the next few weeks. However, I'm sure some of the girls are going to risk it so its not like a mass exodus, but I do think that the supply side will thin out a bit - which should help the remaining girls a bit since now they seem to be overcrowded with girlies trying to make a buck.
