As expected cheap operation no thrills very basic.
They sell food drink but you must have either USD CHINESE HONG KONG OR MACAU DOLLARS to buy anything. Limted choise all asian food/western version of what hey think. 9 hours flying time from Sydney not comfortable seats, what was the worrying thing the vests etc all had the Argentine airline markings!!!! what the.

They probably either recently purchased the plane or it's charted from Argentine Airlines.

The cost/time factor may have prevented them from changing the jackets.
I don't know what the rules are for a passenger airline are but there may not be any requirement to change the labelling anyway.
In any case they should still work whatever label is on them.

Lets say the quality of the plane was not that good my thinking was it was a leased plane and was a change in leasee.
