You should never need to pay more than 50% of the price quoted in Vice Sisters in any country in the world.
In KL unless there a conventon taking place, you should get them down to 33% of the quoted price.

There is info here in the Forum if you search - and there is also the name of a KL contact who has been helpful to many BMs.

I know from an LB friend that in front of The Beach Club at night is a popular place for them to work - and it is a central, safe area.

Forget about having a 'good quality' LB for less than 500-600 RM (Malaysian Ringgit). You can get someone for less (250-300) and you get what you pay for.
This is if you want someone decently looking coming to your hotel and not making you feeling embarassed in the hotel lobby. If you have the gutts to go down to Chow Kit, then the toll on your wallet will be much much lighter
Fuel prices has recently almost been doubled in M'sia and all prices are soaring with it. Everybody is unhappy and complaining about the increased cost of living, and the vice industry has to fight the inflation too.
Of course, still better than EU or US prices but be prepared for small surprises...especially if you've to take taxis
