The other Cebu thread hasn't had a reply in a couple years. So i'm making this thread just in case!!

I want to pick up ladyboys and only walk 5 minutes or less to my hotel. Where are the hotspots in Cebu? I heard there's a mall where they all hangout should I just get a hotel near there? Or is there a Walking Street equivalent somewhere? If so, which street?
