I was staying in one of the many condos in the area. The girls on the street in P Burgos, I just walked around the corner to Soho which has a short time option. I am not impressed with the regulars TS who work P Burgos. Bit hungry without good service, with the exception of early Sunday night a group of students out for a bit of fun hit the street. There are so many other choices if you look around.

Masses of opportunities to get condos and hotels in the area pretty cheap at the moment from $15 to $25 US. I am paying about 25 USD and have nice pool etc etc. Just do a search on AirBNB or Agoda, heaps available. Manila not busy at the moment.
