National mourning in the Philippines

Today I heard on TV that phil government has announced a national mourning until December 29.
Does this include the closing of all bars and night clubs in Angeles ?
I am just booked in there from Dec 25 to 29. if everything is closed it does not make much sense to go there in this time and I better postpone my arrival.
Does anybody know more about that ?
