this is weird, I had to decide if I wanted to go to Thailand or cebu for vacation in April. Thailand won out because because a lady friend wanted to go if I went to cebu. Have fun in Cebu, do you scuba?

Sometimes you can do both at no extra charge. For 60K Star Alliance FF miles you can do just Thailand, or Thailand plus Manila (not sure about Cebu), or Thailand plus Bali.
