I talked to a few LB on ABC they suggested the heritage. Any one know from first hand?? Also do these hotels allow guest to come to your room I dont want to book a place and find I cant take any one to my room that would be a bummer!!anyone going around that time let me know? Its always better to tavel with someone then alone!! From NYC or connecting. Seperate rooms of course LOL !! but knowing we have each other for security will rest our minds Thanks for any info Lawman

Stayed at the Heritage in September-October 2005. The place is ok but I think I will try another place on my next trip. The rooms are showing their age somewhat. In my experience they were guest friendly. LOcated at the intersection of two six lane main roads, so walking around is not recommended unless you enjoy playing dodge em' in Manila traffic (not recommended). Breadfast buffet is ok. Better than Nana Hotel but inferior to Mejestic Hotel. Service is good and concierge was very helpful. Restaurant was on the expensive side IMHO. A cup of coffee was over 2 dollars! Lots of Korean,Japanese, Chinese and Korean gamblers there for the casino action. EDSA entertainment complex is very, very closeby for your relaxation, drinking and social pleasures. However, next time I think I will book a room somewhere in the vicinity of Greenbelt III in Makati. Hope that this helps you make a better informed decision. But above all, enjoy!

Lawman: I highly recommend the Oxford Suites Hotel. It's in Mabini, on P. Burgos, corner of Durban St, and very close to the action there. I had originally wanted to book into another hotel, but the Service I used, http://wired-destinations.com, offered me the Oxford as the other place was full. I'm glad they did -- rooms are super, clean, quiet, and it's a friendly place! All for $46/night! When I go back, you can be sure I'll be staying there again!
