I use to book with Kowait airways from Bangkok to Manila. They are about same price and you arrive in Manila on daytime. The time of return is less interesting but I prefer to arrive in BKK late than in Manila which is the case with Cebu Pacific.

I had a flight on Cebu Pacific from Manila to Cagayan de Oro City in January of 2011 !

The flight was delayed by about an hour before boarding and then it seemed as if we had the last spot in the takeoff order for about an hour !

To say nothing of how the seats or more built for a small framed asian rather then an oversize american !

Three weeks later I had a return flight from CDO to Manila and it was no worse atleast !

Without a doubt THE BEST airline to fly inside the Philippines is PAL no question !
